For instance, from the feedback, it's quite clear that users of online banking apps prioritize security, customer support, payments flexibility, fee-free services, and a wide variety of payment options.
Weak sides based on user feedback
Based on customer feedback, online banking apps were mainly used for the following jobs:
As a customer I don’t want wasting time in queues when I want to get some financial services from my bank
As a client, I want to select my preferred payment method for each situation (in a fast way)
IA before card sorting
To confirm my ideas about the informational architecture (IA), I opted for the card sorting evaluation method.

Based on the competitors analysis and users insights, I have composed a list of features that I found important to have for online banking and split them all into 5 sections: Dashboard, Budget Planning, Payments, Card, More.
I want to gain access to the application as quickly as possible through a secure method with minimal bureaucracy, as well as the ability to manage access later on.
Providing more choices and flexibility to log into the app, manage the process yourself.
